WCN believes that photography is an effective tool to inculcate interest among people of varied backgrounds on environmental issues and propel conservation of nature and wildlife. WCN’s nine year old Nature and Wildlife Photography Program today has evolved into an international platform for promoting Nepal and strengthening its nature photography scene. From 2013, to mark the beginning of its 10 years in photography, WCN is taking this program one-step further by organizing a biennial photography festival. The festival has several features to engage photographers from all genres in nature and wildlife photography. The Photography component aims to develop interest on conservation bringing photographers and artists together through their art work.
