4th Taudaha Jamboree
On 2nd February, 2008 WCN organized 4th Taudaha jamboree on the occasion of World Wetland Day to promote Taudaha as an important wetland of the valley and its vicinity as a nature hike route, in partnership with Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN) and local organizations Karkotak Nagraja Nagrani Basasthan Samaj and Taudaha Youth Club (TYC). "CONSERVATION AWARD"

"CONSERVATION AWARD" was presented to six individuals on February, 2007 for their outstanding performance in fighting illegal wildlife trade in the front line and help line agencies to bring down rhino poaching. The award ceremony was organized amidst distinguished enforcement officers and conservationists. The Award included Commendation Certificates and Cash Prize. This award was supported by "Care for the Wild International" (CWI).
