The Show

It is inevitable that an individual use the natural resource like the air, water, mineral, fuel, wood product, animal products and so on for his or her own survival and existence…but how much that you use is your “need” and how much that you use is your “want” is what determines the effect of your lifestyle on the environment. And it represents your ecological footprint…

In simpler words if we consider the amount of resources that we use in our lifetime are the materials used to make our boots then it can be said that the larger and fancier boots we wear the larger our footprints become… Thus it should be our ultimate responsibility to make our footprints as small as possible so that the earth we leave to the coming generations is with abundant natural resources for their own survival.

Thus “Footprints” a radio program conducted by WCN is aimed at sensitizing people on conservation issues, wildlife, CITES, in making their lifestyles sustainable & environmentally friendly and their ecological footprints smaller.
